Please note that certain items may not be eligible for a return, such as items that have been installed or used, or items that are not in their original packaging.


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective when you received it. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.


We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.
